At all times, we would like to know your sense of what and how we're doing, so that we can continue to delight you. To that end all we ask is that you speak up if something is not to your liking. Usually we'll be able to correct it immediately, or explain why we might be undertaking a process or task a certain way with you so that you'll understand our reasons.
